Common Name:Society garlic

Best Position:Plant in a sunny to partly shaded position in a moist, well drained soil. Feed annually using a complete fertiliser.

Plant Description: Easy to grow bulb, forming clumps of attractive, narrow, grey-green and cream variegated foliage that has a garlic smell when crushed. Produces beautiful lavender - purple star shaped flowers borne above slender stems in summer.

Best Uses: Ideal for borders, cottage gardens or mixed garden beds, it also makes an excellent container specimen.
