Delivery areas & charges

Plants4Perth.com.au is an online nursery and we do not have a retail outlet, therefore pickup of orders is not available. We deliver orders placed online direct to your door.

Deliveries are available to the PERTH METROPOLITAN AREA ONLY. The map below gives a basic idea of the delivery zones. Please select your suburb from the drop-down menu above to confirm your suburb is within our delivery area and this will automatically calculate the relevant delivery charges for your information. This calculation is also done during the actual order process and the delivery fee automatically added to your total.

Deliveries are not available to office buildings in the Perth CBD, however we do deliver to residential apartments in the CBD.

Delivery times

When your order is placed & payment received through our secure online payment gateway, Plants4Perth will deliver your order within 2-5 business days.

We ask that you provide a contact telephone number during the order process. One of our friendly customer service team members will call you prior to delivery to notify you of the expected delivery time. Please ensure that suitable access is available for delivery.

If the premises are unattended at the time of delivery & we are unable to contact you by telephone, orders will be placed in a suitable location & deemed to have been delivered & received. If no delivery instructions are received from the customer, the delivery driver will leave the plants in said suitable location and a delivery note in the mail box to confirm that delivery has indeed been completed.
